	Please note that we will email you with the full cost of registered/insured postage to your destination.
	There is no charge for packing/handling when we can use recycled material (a small fee might be required for larger or fragile items).
	We accept Visa, Switch, Delta, Electron or Mastercard payments (please provide us with the following : type of card, name on card, card number, expiry date, billing address, last 3 digits on the signature strip).
	Cheques, international money orders or American Express travelers cheques issued in Pound Sterling ONLY are to be made payable to "Cloud Cuckoo Land".
	Cash in Pound Sterling or US$ accepted (at your own risk, please send by registered post).
	All autographed items carry a lifetime guarantee of authenticity and we will issue a certificate of authenticity for each item purchased on request.

Our Policy on returns Please send us an email explaining what the problem is and we will get back to you. We will only refund money on items for a valid reason (i.e. not because you have changed your mind or need the money). Item must be returned to us within 1 month of purchase in the exact same condition it was in when it left our premises. Where authenticity is questioned, refunds will only be issued in exchange of a letter from a reputable source. Postage costs will not be refunded.
