decorative value. The charming picture depicts a young girl with her
'ladybird' doll, holding a box of pencils. Approximately 5" x

50’s
vintage tin standee states that ‘ASPRO’ quickly dispels Summer Colds,
Feverishness, Headaches, Rheumatic Pain, Sore Throat, Nerve Strain. Sign
has slight age wear throughout and has an inch deep slight rust mark
running along the top (not very noticeable - see photo) though graphic of
headacheless woman is not affected. The "bend out to stand"
stand is intact and a piece of the original hang thread is still present.

A classic competition for the DAILY MAIL, 1935, a 400 piece jigsaw puzzle
with hidden clues to film titles. 14 films in all featured here.
Complete in its original box. There was a handsome £3,000 up for grabs
originally.
Included is the original box, entry form and reply envelope. All in great
shape for 73 years of age! Jigsaw measures approximately 19" x
15" (box is approximately 8" x 8"). |

DINNEFORD’S
PURE FLUID MAGNESIA - For Happy Days and Restful Nights.
This 50's tin sign depicts a beautiful & happy baby full of Dinneford’s
pure fluid Magnesia! As can be expected this 50 year old sign has a few
scratches here and there. Has a thread hole punched in the center top and
a smaller hole at the bottom. It still has the 2 metal bits that make it
stand marked "Bend out to stand". Back of the display has 2
inscriptions "The Metal Box Company Ltd (Hudson Scott & Sons Ltd
Branch Carlisle)" & "To clean this tablet wipe with a moist
leather". Some staining at the back & possibly sun bleaching at
the front (see photos) but overall C7+/C8. Size is approx. 7.5" x
9.5". |

Large tin (approx. 14" x 9 1/2" x 4 1/2"). Has the classic
graphic to the top and again inside the lid. From Lofthouse. Original
string hinge, to the side, and 2 hinges to the back (a little rusty now!).
Not mint but acceptable, and displays really well. |

Vintage Large Guinness
Leprechaun advertising figure. Holds a bottle of Guinness Stout in one arm
and a harp in the other. The figure is made of heavy gage plastic. The
bottle is brown plastic and the 3 paper labels are all intact (the top
label says "Imported Guinness Stout". The centre label says
"Guinness Foreign Extra Stout St. James's Gate, Dublin. Bottled at
the Brewery". The bottom label says "Imported by Heublein Food
Importing Co. Hartford, Connecticut Sole Agents for the U.S.A."
Approx. 19" high. In very good condition with original "Made in
England" label on the back. |

display depicts a couple enjoying a bowl of All-Bran. The smiles on their
faces confirm they are regular! A little bit of staining here and there
but nothing major (see photos). Cardboard backing seems to be missing the
bit that made it stand. Instead 4 holes have been punched & a piece of
string thread through for hanging. Condition C8 (because of the back).

fact), all individually wrapped. These are held on with staples to the
large cardboard display (approximately 23" x 11"), featuring a
saucy semi topless picture of a young lady, as featured on one of the air
fresheners. There are 4 different girls (all charming!).
